"How do I integrate spirituality into my
everyday life? Throw out the concept of “spiritual life” and “everyday
life.” There is only life, undivided and whole." - Adyashanti
Well this week, the squirrel visitor to my garden found the bird table empty. . .
Sammy had him spotted!
And after finding no treats in the garden, the squirrel came to the window to let me know!
He was a lovely little fella!
...and totally unphased by me taking photos on the other side of the window.
(This was another time when my photos would have been better if my windows had been clean. :-))
“Paradise is not a place but a condition,
a simple being-alive, a drinking straight from the spring.”
- Scott Russell Sanders
I went out and stocked up the bird table after he had gone. :-)
I hope you've all had a good week.

Thought of the week
"Listen to the mustn’ts, child. Listen to the don’ts.
"Listen to the mustn’ts, child. Listen to the don’ts.
Listen to the shouldn’ts, the impossibles, the won’ts.
Listen to
the never haves, then listen close to me…
Anything can happen, child.
Anything can be."

Thank your for this wonderfully uplifting and inspiring post! Made my day :) I love your little squirrel, so tame! That last picture is so precious - looking in at you! And I love the Adyashanti quote. I need to remember that daily, to just LIVE life! With gratitude. And may you have a wonderfully inspiring week as well! Christine
Glad the buffet is open again. He was quite cheeky.
That little one really seems to be communicating his needs to you. Love the photos you captured up close and personal with the squirrel.
